Today, I would like to introduce Japanese sake which is a little strange.
It is “Suzune” which is made by Ichinokura.
Suzune is a carbonic acid in spite of being sake.
It is easy for the person which can’t drink dry Japanese sake to drink it.
And, this is lower alcohol than usual Japanese sake, so you can drink easier than others.
